The Ohio Forestry is a service based cooperative that believes in the principles of “Land Care” which is a land management philosophy that emphasizes long term stewardship of farm and forestlands through investment in conservation practices, community involvement and job creation, education and outreach, and marketing a wide range of forest products as the land permits them to be harvested.

Each co-op member receives personalized recommendations tailored to the goals you have in mind for your land. 

The co-op also provides many peer-to-peer learning opportunities where you can meet with and learn from your neighbors or other co-op members with years of experience. 

In addition to Landcare Services and Educational opportunities we also provide other services such as:

· Marketing Assistance

· Supervision of Stumpage Sales

· Forest Management Services

· List of Approved Loggers including Horseloggers

· Preparation of Logging Contracts

· Reforestation Assistance

· Woodscaping to promote Wildlife or Botanicals

· Assistance With Value Added Projects

· Access to cost-share funding   opportunities through Cooperative  
  Conservation Partnership Initiative
